About
Our Mission
Our mission at Volleyball Malaysia is to grow and develop volleyball in Malaysia while providing opportunities for players to come together, socialise, and enjoy the game in a fun and competitive environment.
We are committed to creating a safe and supportive space where players can improve their skills, meet new people, and have a great time on the court. Volleyball is more than just a game—it’s a community, and we are dedicated to fostering connection and camaraderie both on and off the court.
Our Goals
We believe the volleyball community can be more open and collaborative, working together to create more opportunities for players of all skill levels to play.
Fostering Community
We are committed to expanding volleyball in Malaysia by supporting more events, more play opportunities, and more large-scale tournaments.
Growing the Game
For many players, growth and competition are a core part of the volleyball experience. We aim to provide opportunities for meaningful competition, while maintaining fair play, respect, and camaraderie across all skill levels.
Healthy Competition
We are dedicated to building a welcoming and inclusive community that embraces players of different backgrounds, ages, and skill levels.

Our Story
Volleyball Malaysia was born from a simple idea: players deserve better games.
After years of playing with the PJU group under Coach Radha, Dinesh G saw firsthand the limits of existing formats. Too many games were decided by short volleython systems, and too many capable players, including status players, were left without tournaments that truly matched their level.
In 2025, we began hosting tournaments built around proper best of three match formats and clear level gating, starting with BB level and expanding to A level and above. The focus was quality play, fair competition, and an experience that respected the time and effort players put into the sport.
Our vision is ambitious. We aim to create the largest level adjusted volleyball tournament in Malaysia, bringing hundreds of teams together under one roof. The end goal is a convention centre filled with 20 courts, matches running simultaneously, and a volleyball environment that feels professional, inclusive, and unforgettable.
This is about raising the standard of the game and building a future where every player has a place to compete.
